Most of the art on display at The Carnegie International at The Carnegie Art Museum is despicable or, at best, undistinguished. One of the standouts is this cleverly-mounted display of fabric art by a collective of women fabric artists in Argentina. We are at a time when the crafts are often far better than the "fine arts."
